With all the fun activities that Lewisville has to offer year-round, attending one of the region's annual events can make a great trip even better. There is always something going on while you enjoy the beautiful scenery, the good food and the great entertainment at the events. If these events are the most popular times of your visit, do not wait until you book your hotel reservation! Meet - Fees will not be refunded if you withdraw from the event, do not swim or do not swim.

Prices: All prices must be received on or before the date of the event (except holidays).

The parade will begin at 9: 00 a.m. and the judges will begin at 8: 30 a.m. and the parade will travel from Locust to Walnut Street on Hickory Street, turn onto Elm Street, then onto Oak Street and on to McKinney Street. It will turn onto Oakland Street before continuing on S. Shady Shores Road and E. Hundley Drive, which it will continue until it turns again onto E Hungley Drive and turns onto McKinneys Street for a short distance before ending at the intersection of Oak and Elm Streets, just south of the city limits. How to claim your prize: Winners will be notified before they are located, and their prizes will either be sent directly to them or picked up at their local Walmart, Wal-Mart or other retail store.

The parade will begin at Simmons Road and continue along Cross Timbers Drive before ending in the park. It goes through Sycamore Park, then onto E. Hundley Drive and then onto Elm Street, before continuing on to Oak Street and McKinney Street.

The weekend starts early: the main car park opens at 11 am and the main car park at 12.30 pm.

Picnic and silent auction with live music, food trucks, live entertainment and more, all in the parking lot of the park.

The city of Lewisville encourages participants to use the shuttle system and to use the sharing service to travel to the old town. A free shuttle service is available from the Lewis County Courthouse and Coppell High School car park from 5.30 to 7pm, and a shuttle service to the train station is available from 6.15 pm. The train is available from 4.45 pm to 8.20 pm and from 7.40 pm to 9.40 pm; food trucks, carnival and concessions are open from 6 pm to 10 pm. Children's areas are open from 6 pm, the food truck and carnival area from 7 pm, as well as a children's zone.

Visitors can watch the show from the parking lot of the Lewis County Courthouse from 5 to 9 p.m. and 7 to 10 p.m. Free parking is available in the parking lots of Coppell High School and Lewisville Municipal Center. Parking is also available in the disabled parking lot at the Old Town Park and on the driving and parking deck on the east and west sides of the main road from 6 to 10 pm.

Most Independence Day events will have competitions and parades, but these will have an air show and a competition and parade.
