Lewisville Texas Embassy Suites Hotel

We are pleased to announce the closing of a $30 million joint venture between the Texas Embassy Suites Hotel and Trigate Hotel Group. The premium, exquisite service hotel is the first of its kind in the United States and the second in Texas. Tragate has invested $20 million of equity in the joint venture, while Texas State University, Texas A & M University and Texas Tech University have each invested up to $10 million.

Trigate Hotel Group, a value-added real estate fund sponsored by ABR, has invested $4.4 million in the joint venture. We are pleased to announce the completion of the $30 million joint venture between the Texas Embassy Suites Hotel and Trigate Hospitality Group.

The HFF team worked on behalf of TCOR Hotel Partners ("TCOR") to organize the joint venture and equity partnership with Dallas-based TriGate Capital LLC. In addition, we have made a five-year fixed-rate loan with a local bank on behalf of the new partnership.
